friendly place kinda of expensive for the amount of food and the place needs updated , who wants to walk through a bar with oogling drunks to sit down to eat dinner only having to wade through the drunks one more time to get out

Wonderful lamb on the rod!!!!Forgot to ask for med. rareAND it's NOT MARINATED like most places in Pittsburgh!!Other places have similar, but this is our favorite.......

The wings and chicken tenders were literally so over done it was like chewing on a dog bone. You want chicken, call Edwards.

I used to love Cedars and they had the best lamb in the best garlic sauce, just not up to my standards anymore. I don't know why they don't cook it on the rod anymore

The most amazing lamb, wedding soup, and pepper sauce in town! The chicken and fried greens and peppers sandwich is also excellent. This place is worth the visit, don't let the outside cool you

FOOD IS CONSISTENTLY GOOD; but the PARKING LOT IS VERY DARK. Install some outdoor lights plz!!People visiting from out-of-town are most certainly afraid to get out of their cars !!

Really like when restaurants pay attention to the details on Friday Fish specials and not make the knock-off (mayo relish mix) for tarter or coleslaw. Lamb dinner is also nice here.

The owner of this place is one of a kind! He makes the establishment one of the best in New Castle.

Cedar's is always a great place to stop. Excellent food , great service and very reasonable prices. Clean atmosphere and usually not very loud.

Food was good but a tad overpriced in my opinion. Service wasn't the best either.

Foods ok. Service was just ok. My main problem is the overall value of the meal. Overpriced for just ok food. Am I'm sorry they don't have the best tasting lamb in town. Sorry

Best lamb in town.

Ordered a lamb salad well done, came out rare. Was not edible. They were nice enough to not charge us for it because we only took one bite. We will not be going back here for food ever again...maybe for beer cuz the people are nice but definitely not for food.

Very large portions. Had the best chicken salad of my life. It's a mom and pop type feel. My family and I loved the food. Service was good. Attentive and helpful.

Constantly has yummy food! My mom showed my friend and I this place years ago because they had Mini Deep fried Tacos and I stayed for their AMAZING lamb.
